Quality control at NexCore begins before components reach our assembly lines. All incoming microprocessors, memory ICs, power regulators, and storage controllers undergo incoming material inspections (IQC). During integration, we perform thermal mapping on key nodes to verify heat dissapation across components. Finished machines run inside burn-in test chambers for 24 to 72 hours, simulating maximum workload environments to identify early hardware anomalies.
